Service Delivery Policy

SendHustle is a software service delivered entirely over the internet. There is no physical product and nothing is shipped, so no shipping charges or delivery addresses apply.

When access begins

Access is granted immediately and automatically once payment is confirmed — normally within seconds. Your plan's limits (monthly email allowance, contacts, and sending domains) apply to your account from that moment, and you can start sending straight away. A confirmation email is sent to the address on the account.

If access does not activate

Activation is driven by a confirmation from our payment provider, so it does not depend on your browser staying open. In the rare case that a payment succeeds but your plan does not update within a few minutes, email support@sendhustle.com with the payment reference and we will correct it.

Service period

Plans run for the period purchased — one month or one year. Plans paid in USD renew automatically until cancelled; plans paid in INR do not renew and end when the period does. See our Refund & Cancellation Policy for cancellations.

Delivery of the email you send

Campaigns and API sends are queued and paced to protect deliverability, so a large campaign is delivered progressively rather than instantly. Final delivery to an inbox is decided by the recipient's mail provider; we report the outcome of every message in your dashboard.
