How does the launch offer work?+

Is there a free plan?+
Yes — Free gives you 300 emails a month, 500 contacts, and one verified sending domain with open/click tracking and unsubscribe handling built in. No card required. It's a real plan, not a trial: stay on it as long as it fits.
How does sending work? Do I need my own SMTP or Gmail?+
No. You verify your own domain (we walk you through the DNS records — DKIM, SPF and a verification record, with per-record status), and SendHustle sends on your behalf from any address at that domain. Your brand on every email, our infrastructure underneath.
Which plan should I pick?+
Starting out or testing — Free. Most senders belong on Pro: 25,000 emails/month, five domains, the automations canvas, follow-up sequences, A/B testing and the REST API. Choose Scale when volume, team seats or many client domains matter. Enterprise is for custom volume and SLAs — talk to us.
What happens if I hit my monthly email limit?+
Sending pauses until your next cycle or an upgrade — we never silently drop into a paid overage. You'll see usage in your dashboard and get a heads-up as you approach the cap.
Do you support Indian payments and UPI?+
Yes. Indian customers pay in ₹ via UPI or card; international customers pay by card in USD. Your region is detected automatically and the same currency is used at checkout — the price you see here is the price you pay.
