Privacy Policy

SendHustle ("SendHustle," "we," "us") provides a tool that lets you send personalized mail-merge and outreach campaigns from your own Gmail account, and track their performance. This policy explains what information we collect, how we use it, and the choices you have. Questions? Email support@sendhustle.com.

Information we collect

  • Account information. Your name and email address, obtained when you sign in with Google.
  • Google account data (via OAuth, with your permission). To provide the service we access your Google account to: send campaign emails on your behalf; read the message and thread data needed to detect replies and apply campaign labels; and read the Google Sheets you explicitly choose as recipient sources. We request the minimum scopes required for the features you use, and you can revoke access at any time.
  • Campaign data. Recipient lists, email subjects and bodies, templates, suppression lists, and related settings you create.
  • Engagement data. Opens, clicks, replies, and bounces associated with the campaigns you send, used to give you analytics.
  • Payment information. Subscriptions are handled by our payment processor, Dodo Payments. We store a customer and subscription identifier and your plan — we do not store full card details.
  • Technical data. Standard log data such as IP address, browser/device information, and timestamps, used for security and reliability.

How we use information

We use the information above only to:

  • Provide, operate, and secure the service (sending campaigns, tracking, follow-ups).
  • Show you analytics about your own campaigns.
  • Process payments and manage your subscription.
  • Provide customer support and send service-related notices.
  • Detect, prevent, and address abuse, fraud, and technical issues.

Google API Services — Limited Use

SendHustle's use and transfer to any other app of information received from Google APIs will adhere to the Google API Services User Data Policy, including the Limited Use requirements. Specifically:

  • We only use Google user data to provide and improve the features you have requested.
  • We do not sell Google user data.
  • We do not use Google user data for advertising.
  • We do not allow humans to read your Google user data unless: you give explicit consent for specific messages; it is necessary for security, to comply with applicable law, or to investigate abuse; or the data has been aggregated and anonymized.

How we share information

We do not sell your personal information. We share it only with service providers who process it on our behalf under appropriate confidentiality and data-protection terms — for example Google (to send and read mail as you direct), Dodo Payments (payments), and our hosting and infrastructure providers. We may also disclose information if required by law or to protect our rights, users, or the public.

Data retention & deletion

We keep your information for as long as your account is active or as needed to provide the service. You can revoke SendHustle's access to your Google account at any time from your Google Account permissions page, and you can request deletion of your SendHustle data by emailing support@sendhustle.com. We will delete it within a reasonable period, except where retention is required by law.

Security

We protect your data with encryption in transit (HTTPS), encrypt sensitive credentials such as OAuth tokens at rest, and limit internal access. No method of transmission or storage is 100% secure, but we work to protect your information using industry-standard safeguards.

Cookies

The SendHustle dashboard uses a strictly necessary session cookie to keep you signed in and a CSRF-protection cookie. We do not use third-party advertising cookies.

Children

SendHustle is not directed to, and is not intended for use by, anyone under the age of 16.

Changes to this policy

We may update this policy from time to time. When we do, we will revise the "Last updated" date above and, for material changes, provide a more prominent notice.
